Exchanges on Official products will not be accepted as items are limited production.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with the following:

Unboxing video and photos: You must capture proof of the damage at the time of unboxing. Claims without unboxing documentation will not be accepted. Please provide clear photos showing the damage or defect.

Your order number: We will review each case individually and determine the appropriate resolution. All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
